Yoga, Pilates and FridayFun Lineup starts this week

The regular schedule of classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, starts Monday, Oct. 28. We've added a FunFriday Lineup this year to include a variety of different classes: guided meditations, power yoga, pilates on the ball, and more. All of these classes are 50 pesos. Plus we are doing our YogaGives program where we donate 50% of the proceeds to a service project or organization. YogaGives classes are 100 pesos. Also, we will be introducing YogaCommunity classes throughout the season. We introduced it in the beginning of October with great success. These classes are only 20 pesos!
