The taco stands have moved down to the street outside the Casino. Last night we saw Karla and her sister Mariela working at their family's taqueria, one of our favourites, "La Chona". They make a wonderful quesadilla, using a nice fresh masa (corn dough) for a very tender tortilla. Add a bit of grilled chorizo - heaven!
