Thank you to all those that made this happen. It was my first time there and it was great to see the whole community together. I met some locals and other visitors which was nice. The food was fabulous. Much thanks to the cooks who put together the delicious meal, and of course to the many volunteers that made this happen.
I would love to learn to make this dish. Would the cooks ever have a class to teach others how to prepare it? There could be a fee for taking the class which could go to the cooks or be donated back to Gringo days. Let me know if you ever decide to do this.
