Hi Larry,

I worry about the beach access for the common people, its already limited,
eliminating bank trust would increase the pressure to limit access even more.

Eliminating bank trust would be good for real estate but personally
I am happy with the growth rate of La Manzanilla, slower the better (to a point).
Also I like the more adventurous than normal personality types which
Ejido land seems to attract. Good people.
