Exactly. Realistically speaking you don't have to worry about it if you aren't towing the rig around the country camping in various places. We have consider getting something like this and parking it at La Manzanilla but haven't really found a decent place to park it. Seems like the alternatives are insecure, have poor utilities or are so pricey (Boca de Iguana) that it isn't worth it financially. Respectfully to the OP, this is a pretty rich price for a 14 year old rig and your post is lacking in detail or contact information that might help folks evaluate the offering.
