help homeless pregnant single mom

The pregnant mom confirmed her due date is March 10. As we were unable to find a landlord willing to exchange rent for upkeep, we are now trying to help this young single mother of 2 (soon to be 3)find a cheap casa so she can get settled and ready to accommodate a newborn. Mexican rentals to other Mexicans are cheap; between $500 and $700 Pesos (that's $41.00 USD - $58.00 USD). Is there a guardian angel out there anywhere who could help??
