Yoga, Pilates lineup this week

The Bending Tree lineup starts tomorrow with YogaPilates 9-10 a.m. We have classes Monday through Saturday 9-10 a.m. and for a full description and schedule please visit here: http://www.bendingtreeyogahealing.com/index.php/yoga/yoga-schedule If you are looking for a later yoga class….good news! We are adding a special edition of MeditationInMotion on Fridays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. for the next few weeks. Classes are 100 pesos except for Fridays, only 50 pesos, and Saturdays only 20 pesos. We have mats available. Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center is located at 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's. Join the Yoga Cats for a week of fun and transformation.
