I travel to/from Canada twice a year with 2 canines. A health certificate issued 5 days or less before your travel date is required. I am regularly stopped in Canada and in Mexico by doggie customs and they always check my paper work. In order to have a health certificate completed by a veterinarian you must have all current inoculation records with you. Cheers...
