Monday Jan. 5, 9:30-11:30am on the top floor palapa terrace of Casa Azul (67 Playa Blanca, across from Restaurant Martin). Visualise. Sense. Somatic Wave Yoga combines Yoga with ChiKung, creating healthy joints, perineum and core power by surfing chi into yoga poses along connective tissue lines.
