This horse, if it is the same one, is not just hungry, it is a bag of bones and looks worse than any I have seen in a long time. It has so many ticks in its ears you just cannot believe it is possible.I have never seen anything like it before. These ticks will be falling all over in the streets and laying billions of eggs very soon and man, will that be a big tick explosion here in La Manz for the street dogs, mapaches and feral cats. I am glad someone found the owner. I was trying to find out whose it was as well, and how can we help it. It is in really bad condition. Will get some dinero there asap, and hope others will help as well. Is the Vet tending to it??? sure hope someone who knows what to do is on board because I think it needs a lot more than carrots if it is going to survive. Linda Mandala
