OYSTER Thursday - raw on the half shell with zesty cocktail, rockefeller (bacon, parmesan, spinach), pan fried with sriracha tartar - these are available first come first serve - I did order more this week~ Testing out some Alaska caught Salmon - try it blackened with a citrus beurre blanc Also Angry Edamame Appetizer tonight- stir fried in a spicy sambal butter - fun to eat!
