I went out there again this morning and as luck would have it the pig farm's owner (owns Chono's across the street from Yolanda's- yes, the same owner as the recovering sick white dog and the big black dog) was there and so was the starving dog. He told me she showed up a while back and was now living there. He was more than happy to feed her and call her his. She's very young and has no puppies. I will make sure she comes to the clinic to be spayed and I'll go out and give her worm medicine tomorrow. I brought with me dog food which she turned up her nose at. The food she gets from her new owner is much more to a dog's liking (pork). He did say she had been sick, but has recovered. Cisco's Amigos is very glad to be able to report a very happy ending.
