I have only been able to contact Eber by going to El Cato restaurant (other members of the family also do the boat tours). By the way, I keep hearing this name said and spelled in many different ways. Eber is actually short for Eberardo, a common name in Mexico, derived from the German name Eberhard., meaning "strong as a Boar".
