This week at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.
YogaPilates+ Monday and Wednesday 9-10 a.m.
YogaStrong Tuesday 9-10 a.m.
YogaMellow Thursday 9-10 a.m.
YogaGives Friday 9-10 a.m. (50% of proceeds go to Pro Animal Melaque our local animal rescue and shelter, to learn more about Pro Animal visit here: http://www.proanimalmelaque.org
