Hola everyone! Just a short note to let everyone know that the La Manz baseball league is still going strong!! I apologize for not having the "post-game" reports up on the board this season. Life has interferred a little more than usual this year. However, I would like to thank all the folks who have donated their time, brought down equipment, bought raffle tickets, and come out and cheered our kids on!! You folks are the heart and soul of the league. It wouldn't exist without you. I've posted a small video of last year's Wind Up Day, so that you all can see just what your support brings. Every child that wants to play can play with no finanacial hardship to the family. View My Video Also a reminder that the 3rd annual Winter Classic Exhibition Game will be held on Saturday, Feb. 28th at 3 pm at the sports field. This year the teams will consist of Olde Phartes and our All Star Players combined. A sign up sheet is at Palapa Joe's for any Olde Pharte who would like to play. Donations at the gate are gladly accepted. 50/50 raffle and raffle for a bottle of Tequila will be available for all interested. Bring a chair or blanket, cold drink, and some bug spray, for an afternoon of great baseball, along with a lot of great laughs. See you there!!
