My only suggestion was that if you heard they have the funds then why do you not make a appointment with La Huerta and have several people from town go there with information on getting the bridge built. Who can accomplish the task of building it and the cost. I totally agree that it is stupid not to have a permanent bridge and every yr. have to replace the gravel to cross.
I doubt if anyone in Mexico has ever heard of a levy only for the purpose of raising money for the bridge.
