I just got a fabulous cut at Tambo's (Ramon Villa Estetica Tambo) in Cihuatlan yesterday. He speaks very little English and I speak very little Spanish. He's experienced at following your last cut if it hasn't grown out too much. His shop is on the "walking only" street in the Cihuatlan market, Callejon Rigoleto. Phone 314-353-7622.
