If we had 2 days, they could both be shorter - say 10:00 - 2:00, since
the 2:00-3:00 time seems to be when the traffic really slows down, anyway,
even on our current one day event.

And as a vendor, I enjoy that quiet
time at the end of the day, when people can stay and just chill out.

The 2 day event would also allow vendors to re-group, reorganize the
space, modify their signage, all those things that would make Day 2
an improvement over Day 1. Because, in my experience, no matter how
I try, I forget from one year to the next what worked the best.
