Can anyone recommend a mecanico in Melaque who can figure out an electrical problem?

I recently used 'El Chalan' in San Patricio, Melaque. His name is Luis Hidalgo, and is on Emiliano Zapata #157. He is very busy, and really good. Don't know if the numbers are still valid but here goes - cell 3151001959 tel 3556006 I just went there and waited for him to have a look, and then went back when the part came in. Never tried the phone.

Try Ochoa. He worked for car dealership in Oregon, so speaks excellent English. He worked magic on two corrosion-related electrical problems. Very reasonable.
Find him in the row of related businesses just before the military base heading into Melaque.

I know a great electrical mechanic here in La Manzanilla. His name is Chuy, and his cell number is 315-109-2176. He speaks English and French, as well as Spanish, of course. I haven't seen a problem he can't handle, and he works on motos as well.
