I am wondering if you can have a phone line like in canada a dry loop just to have the internet?
From what i have read there are no more new phone lines available in the town?
Are you able to pay your telmex with your canadian credit card?

Someone in town protecting their own interests is spreading the news that you cannot get a new phone line or new modem. Totally false. Friends of mine just got a new phone and I just got a new modem.
