Low impact Aquafit classes

Just to let newcomers know that the class is a drop-in and no experience is necessary. Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 to noon. The pool is on the way out of town past the school , over the tope and three lots past Hospidaje del Tope on the left side of the street. It has double-wide black iron gates. Go in and follow the sidewalk to the left of the bungalow facing the gates to the pool. Instruction is covered by a small donation.

I recommend these classes - they're a great way to get moving in a friendly atmosphere. We all just do what we can do and have a good time doing it!
