Jive/Swing classes by Robin

To those of you who have taken lessons from me this winter and anyone who is interested in taking lessons at any level; beginning or intermediate or advanced; there will be a meeting today at Hectors Café Del Mar at 7:30 PM
Previously lessons were given at Casa Luz during this time slot on Monday but the timeslot has been given to tango so we must decide on a new time and a new place.
If you are at all interested please come and give your input.

Note that these lessons are no pressure and with a big emphasis on fun. I need to know if there is enough interest.

Hi Robin and all,
I enjoyed your classes so much, Robin, your teaching was right on for
the level of all the participants... we all either learned more or
reviewed and had fun with what we had already learned.
And the music that Nansee shared with us was/is such a treasure - Louis Prima
type of catchy early swing music that seems to be hard to find these days.
My problem is being spread too thin at this time of the year - nobody else's
problem, I'm sure  With so many activities to choose from, I have had
to decide consciously what is most important, and put on my blinkers for the rest.
So I won't be continuing
in the jive/swing class, though I would love to dance that way casually,
in the evening, at one of the restaurants or at people's house parties...
I think I need to find a small portable music system with powerful enough
speakers, that could be set up
on short notice whenever jive/swing people want to dance.
Anybody have one they're not using?
