Join us for our regular schedule this week at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center 130A Playa Blanca, 2 blocks down from Martin's.
YogaPilates+ Mondays/Wednesdays 9-10 a.m.
YogaStrong Tuesdays 9-10 a.m.
YogaMellow Thursdays 9-10 a.m.
All classes 100 pesos; package deals and mats are available.
MeditationGives: Fridays 8-8:45 a.m. donation only and proceeds go to YogaScholarships.

AND, just a head's up that there will be a slightly different schedule NEXT WEEK ONLY, starting Feb. 2 with YogaPilates+ moving to Wednesday and Friday.
Schedule for Feb. 2-6 only
Monday--no class--teaching in Manzanillo
Tuesday: YogaStrong 9-10 a.m.
Wednesday: YogaPilates+ 9-10 a.m.
Thursday: YogaMellow 9-10 a.m.
Friday: YogaPilates+ 9-10 a.m.
