Wi-Fi Booster Wanted

I would like to buy a box to boost the wi fi signal that I now receive, intermittently, from my neighbor next door. (Yes, I do have permission to do so.) More specifically, I am looking for one named, "TP Link WA 5210". I have a friend who has one and it works well for the same situation.

Felipe installed one at my place and it works better than the original modem.
