Semillas

Does anyone have some extra vegetable seeds I could buy or know where I can purchase some locally? I've been growing lettuce, herbs, tomatoes, and other things in my little garden plot since December, but space recently opened as some of my lettuce crop was eaten--both by me and by bugs--and I'd love to fill it up again, but I'm completely out of seeds. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Jeanne, organic ones brought by Sally and John from an organic farm and Yes, please use them! There is pink chard in a small cup, and mixed lettuces in a larger container, right on the shelf if you reach in through my back gate...I wont be planting them right away, as I'll be away but if there are extra transplants you have started when I get back, I will be most grateful to take them.

Hello Jeanne, I used red pepper seeds dried them and put them back in some good soil and guess what a new plant came out. now I have to wait for the peppers. The same thing I did with tomatoes although I used a very ripe one you know the one you want to trow out, but the seeds are the best dry them before use, good luck Leon

They sell seed packets at the agro store on the north side of the plaza in Melaque. It is just a few doors toward Super Hawaii from the Asturiana liquor-only store.
