The Gazebo in the Jardin

The Bandstand or Gazebo in our jardin has to be one of the most unique and beautiful anywhere in Mexico. I am always noticing new additions, impressed by the detailled 'sculpture' that is emerging.

First of all, it's cool to have a jardin located close to the beach with a view of the ocean.

It's also cool to celebrate the fishing roots of this town with all the sea life depicted in 3D relief, and a giant shell forming the roof of the structure at its centre. Even the wire railings evoke seaweed.

I believe the artist 'Apache' is responsible for the Gazebo design, but is someone else adding things as well? I want to salute a job well-done, whoever is doing it!

I took this photo tonight with the last rays of the sunset lighting it.
