Karen, I so appreciated your videos today: one gave me pause for reflection; the other had me laughing out loud.
Perhaps the only thing on this planet that touches me as deeply as yoga is dogs. They are, I think, the embodiment of yoga. They take each moment as it comes. They carry no grudges. They appreciate any small act of kindness and tend to forget the small acts of unkindness or neglect. They, metaphorically, laugh out loud, whether they are being scrubbed down by loving hands, cuddled in the most tender of ways or when they're dashing about in the sea or rolling in the grass or on the beach. They are the essence of unconditional love.
They do not, however, readily forget abuse, seeming to intuit that it can be overcome only by unwavering love by careful reconditioning.
How much more yogic can a being be?
Thank you, Karen.
