Hi: We did it several years ago, when the MasterCard customer service swore they could send things ANYWHERE. I took up the challenge, and after much tracking (with phone numbers being difficult to find) a little car showed up at our rental (across the arroyo) at 10:00 pm, about a month later, with one card. We expected two. Another month later, MasterCard got the other one to us. It was an interesting exercise. Be sure to get phone numbers to track. And patience is a prerequisite, although things might have improved. Vicki
