Hi, I'm back helping La Catalina Educational Foundation raise awareness for the annual school supply drive. If you want to bring supplies down with you this winter or purchase them here for donation that would be great! Drop off items Monday-Thursday at the new La Catalina Foundation office, located behind the kindergarten, from 4pm. to 7pm. I'm staging my packing for Boca and have a shoebox of crayons plus a assorted few other thingsÉhave a 200 sheet package of colored construction paper, box of 72 pencils with erasersÉa work in progress but I have a questionÉI didn't see coloring books on the list and wonder if that's because you don't want them of that they are impractical or ????? If you like this idea I can do it. How about i make let's say 5 copies each of the pages that also include some activities until I run out of a ream of paper??? I'm willingÉlet me know? | ------------------------Re: La Catalina Foundation School Supply Drive

maybe it would help if I knew how many kids we are talking about in a classroom….then I could work on supplying at least that number or more if it's viable for us… | ------------------------Re: La Catalina Foundation School Supply Drive

Hi Becci, I think they would rather have the paper, that way they can make copies of things to color or use the paper in another way. Art supplies are great, they can always use crayons and paints. on average the classes have 25-40 kids per class- kinder through 5th grade. Thanks for bringing things down! | ------------------------Re: La Catalina Foundation School Supply Drive

Two of us will be coming from California with supplies on Jan 8th. So that's not too late for distribution day, I hope! By end December maybe we can get an update on important supplies still needed. Thank you! | ------------------------ |
