Looking for rental

My husband and I are looking for a good rental for Feb 2016 or possibly even starting mid January. We would like something within a 3-minute walk to the beach or less. My husband has difficulties with steep hills or to walk long stretches. It can be a studio or 1 bedroom with kitchen facilities. Please let me know if you have internet also.
