So how much time to we have?

I'm getting too distracted to stay online and follow Patricia, so could someone tell me the earliest time today that we need to be locked in and battened down? Thanks! | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

CNN says its landing between Manzanillo and Melaque at 6:00. I heard that at about 10:00. Be safe! | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

Please evacuate by any means you can. Every agency is encouraging this.325 kph winds gusting to 400 kph (that's enough wind to lift vehicles), 30 ft+ storm surge. Stay safe, and good luck!! | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

You must leave town. One weather reporter just said the storm surge could be 38ft. This is the strongest hurricane ever recorded in history on the planet. Go inland immediately. This may hit with a force equal to a 15 to 20 mile wide cat 4 or 5 tornado. | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

Some of us do not have vehicles and cannot leave our pets behind... | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

If anyone needs to stay in our house on Los Angeles Locos(next to Larry and Pam Fields, just up from Dorothy) you are welcome. It is empty but get it open anyway you can. Lourdes and Daniel have a key and so does Paul the builder. Our hearts are with you. | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

Lynn..Go see if Camilo is still there in his little place around the corner from our place. The car keys are in the house hanging on the walal between the kitchen and the bedroom. and Camillo may have time to reconnect the battery and fill up the tires with his compressor. If you can't drive, get a neighbor to go with you. hugs Judith | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

You must get out! Please! I know it would be absolutely heartbreaking to leave your pets, but if at all possible please save yourself. They are not kidding when they say it's the worst hurricane in recorded history. When you are safe and still have internet access, please let your friends on this board know so they can help keep track of how you're doing. Prayers. | ------------------------Re: So how much time to we have?

I live in Kansas City, Missouri and our weather channel has been talking about the storm hitting La Manzanilla for several hours. They just showed pictures of La Manz. and are suggesting that everyone should go inland. | ------------------------
