With the festivities behind us, we move on to the more serious task of relaxing and enjoying the fabulous 2016 season.
Chantli Mare is pleased to announce our series of dinner menus featuring the global cuisines executed by Chef Greg Couillard starting this wednesday with a Thai/Asian inspired menu.
We will be featuring shrimp pad thai, vegetarian vietnamese rice noodle with whith green coconut curry, salad rolls, chiang mai chicken with vegetable fried rice and of course an exotic dessert selection!
Our house menu will also be available. The menu will run for a week before we globle trot to another region.

Our fabulous brunch begins this sunday Jan, 10th and we look forward to some great new dishes!
Make a note on your calendars for the return of the rocking Tall Boys Band on the 29th of January.
And we will be hosting The La Catalina Fundraiser Fashion Show and auction on Jan, 23th with a buffet luncheon prepared by Chef Greg. Advance tickets available through Jennifer at Zingara and also La Catalina Foundation in La Manz!
