These stuffed poblano peppers are one of the most important and meaningful recipes of our country. It has the colors of our flag.
The poblano peppers are stuffed with ground beef dried fruit pine nuts fresh fruits and fresh herbs. Topped with a walnut, goat cheese and milk sauce and pomegranate seeds.
