Each session is unique and guided by the receivers own body and energy. Opening and releasing any blockages in the physical and energetic body as well as bringing awareness and insight into their own body. Combining traditional Thai massage and influenced by Osteothai (a combination of ThaiMassage and Osteopathy), and Mayofacial release. Benefits of Thai Massage: -Greater energy flow, balance and vitality - More mobility and opening in the joints - Loosening up muscles and tendons for flexibility. -Release of emotional and physical tension - Calmness and relaxation in the body & mind. **** AGUAHARA (water sessions)***** Aguahara is a jouney into your relationship with the water. Each session is very different and depending on the opennes and the trust of the receiver it can go from the surface into an underwater experience as if you are a mermayd or dolphin in the water, letting go of sense of direction and the possibility to open you do deep states of relaxation and presence. Aguahara combines surface movements streching the body, creating movement in the articulations, relaxation of the muscles and the nervous system . If the receiver feels confortable there is the use of a nose clip and through signals and a safe container they are taken for a journey under the water with many movements that stretch and release the spine. Sessions are all unique and vary in time from 10 minutes to 30 minutes so they are offered on donation. They can be done in the sea, ideally in the morning when there are no waves so at about 9 am or there may be a posibility to do it in a pool at other times of the day. Look forward to returning to la Manzanilla after 3 years. Feel free to email me if you have any questions Zara
