Kill Switch

Some of you might remember when we had a rash of car thefts a few years ago that I was looking for a way to prevent the theft of my car - and Chewy came to my aid by installing a kill switch in the car. Now that I have another vehicle I have asked Chewy to install one in this vehicle. For a paltry sum of $300 pesos I again will have peace of mind. | ------------------------Re: Kill Switch

Do you know whether installing a kill switch has any effect on a carīs Warranty? Maybe I should call our Toyota dealer in Guadalajara. Otherwise we are interested. Iīll email you for Chuy`s number. | ------------------------Re: Kill Switch

I have a kill switch installed in my Citroen 2 CV, with a difference: there is a blinking red light when the switch is on, which deters would be thieves. When the light is ON, the engine cannot be started. It cost all of $3.00 canadian and a friend installed it for me. | ------------------------Re: Kill Switch

If you get one installed, please tell your wife or husband and show them where it is. Saves much time after six months away and one can,t remember where the &$;(?@- thing is. Just saying. | ------------------------
