Happy holidays and Feliz Navidad!! Here is the festive line up of events and menus at Chantli Mare during the christmas and new year. Chef Erick will be manning the kitchen for a Christmas Eve dinner menu of carrots and orange soup, salad and filet mignon with Bernaise sauce for $400.00 pesos. Christmas day will be traditional turkey dinner with all the trimmings and we will have DJ Jorge for dancing. $700.00 pesos For New Years we are happy to have Chef Greg Couillard joining us again to compliment our team of local chefs starting with a new years eve menu (to be informed) and dancing with Chido Rivera Band. WITH THE WINDS WHIPPING AND THE SNOW FINALLY BLOWING IN TORONTO, I HIGH TAILED OUT OF TORONTO TO CHANTLI MARE AND WILL BE COOKING DINNERS STARTING WITH TOMORROW'S NEW YEAR'S EVE MENU. WE WILL BE FEATURING FILET MIGNON AND A FISH OPTION OF DORADO WITH CREAMED OYTERS AND SPINACH. VEGGIE OPTIONS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST(PLEASE LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE).
