I tried my Canadian TD bank Interact card twice in January.
The ATM indicated that it was unable to interface with the TD ISP.
The ATM returned my card on both occasions. There are at least two different ATM interface providers (I have had a similar problem in the USA in the past.) So, I assumed that in January, my Canadian TD Bank provider had not yet been included in the La Manz ATM.
Probably, as significant numbers of users are refused by the ATM because of the lack of interface the ATM "host" will make the necessary adaptation.
