I have a couple of spots in the Spanish Tapas class on Monday the 14th at 11 am. We're making albondigas (meatballs) in red chile sauce, cauliflower fritters, Moorish chicken skewers with mojo picon and a Spanish cheesecake, made with fresh ricotta and mint.
