Two Weeks In The Making - SUNDAY REGGAE ON THE BEACH - Our Last Musical Event of the Season, featuring BINDU and his band Rubato
At Bindu’s previous performance, we promised you he would return soon with something slightly different. Well, this Sunday, March 20th, is the day to come and enjoy either one (or BOTH) of these unique music sets.
His first set at 3:00 p.m. will feature Tango, Salsa, and other Latin-themed music. Reservations suggested for the afternoon (3:00 p.m.) set.
A cold, light, Jamaican Shrimp appetizer will be available as a snack.
The evening dinner set will be ALL ABOUT REGGAE MUSIC, and the cuisine will be Jamaican, of course! Bindu has been rehearsing a few special songs for this set.
Reservations strongly suggested for better seating for the evening dinner (7:00 p.m.) set, and, for your meal choice.
Choose either of two authentic Jamaican dishes (not too spicy). Recipes are from my 91 year-old Jamaican mother.
Jamaican Jerk Chicken Breast with sides of Avocado and Mango Salsa and Rice
Jamaican Coconut Shrimp with a side of Cassava Dumplings and Greens
There will be dancing, so wear your dancing shoes!
Call Sarai (315) 109-9368 to make a reservation, or stop by. We Be Jammin here at Bambu Sunset!
