The idea with the fish is to breed them in a self contained, man made holding tank of sorts-objective being to distribute to individuals to use in any free standing water in or around their homes. My brother is pretty sure these fish already exist here but we haven't done that research yet. This is not about introducing something new into the existent eco-system, so no worries of throwing everything out of balance. The projects I've been referring to, and what could happen here in La Manzanilla, are on a small scale and contained/controlled. Simple, cheap, effective, possible solution.
