Thank you MaryJo! I remember very well the constant flow of raw sewage into the lagoon/estuary at each end of town. During the rainy season, the discharge has hovered around 200,000 gallons per day! Thanks to your tireless work, and the help of an active sewer committee, some of the maintenance and technical problems have been addressed on the short term. Now our challenge is to build long term, sustainable community sewer operation. The EWB team has agreed to help our community find a way to meet that challenge.
