By breathing light energy along the chi meridians of your body in a specific sequence, you will learn how to surf gravity, bringing healing and space into joints, and stem cell fluid into organs and glands. We will be cultivating and receiving these benefits in a meditative state during the Energy-work Class the principles can also be applied to movement. Surfing gravity to effortlessly move into yoga poses intrinsically,, or to rehabilitate joints, is the basis of my upcoming Matrix Somatic Wave yoga classes.
