I was attacked and seriously bitten today, Sat. 5 pm by a large dog on the beach slightly past the curve going toward the hotel ruins. The dog was one of two large dogs on the attack and with a couple im guessing in their 30s or 40s. The dogs were unleashed, and also attacked and bit another woman and a man. The couple ignored what was happening, did not stop, no apologies. The man whomwas also bitten told me that they eventually leashed the dogs before disappearing from the beach. I required medical treatment. The mans bite was worse than mine. Beware.

Please go to the Delegado with this info as he will see to it that the dogs are restrained from attacking others. If he is not there due to the fiesta, tell the police and go with them to where the attack took place so they can keep an eye out. This protects others.
Also, what type of dogs were they so walkers can watch for them?
I am so sorry to hear of these bites. Since I live in Boca, this is a familiar part of the beach to me. Usually there are no dogs in that area. Could you tell if the people were camped near by? Like on the Boca side of the hotel. Wishing you good healing
