Would you recommend snorkelling at tenacatita? Any tips on how to get there if you recommend going? Thanks.

Sergio does an awesome job, takes you by boat to great snorkelling at Tenacatita. The office is across the road from Cato's and loads out back of the restaurant. The cost includes snorkels, masks, and fins. You may be able to get in on a boat that already has people going. Wouldn't recommend going by road. By water is much nicer. Good luck.

I do not know why Sharon from Reno does not recommend by road. The best way, free good road , specially if you do not like choppy waters.Depends on the wind that day. Scenic drive. People post on the info board for sharing drive or taxi costs.Which day, what time? Snorkeling equipment can be rented several places in LM or borrowed ....

If you go by road, which I recommend, when you get to the beach, turn right and go over the hill. That is the best place for snorkelling and is fairly private. If the waves are up, be aware of possible rip current. That is one of my favourite ways to spend a day. Enjoy
