El Presidente from La Huerta will be presente tomorrow to inaugurate the two new paved streets of La Manzanilla, Maria Elba and Concha Molida. The event takes place tomorrow, Friday, at 1:00 PM at the little triangle where the new roads cross each other. (Wear your umbrella. But then I'm sure that they will have both shade and chairs. But then, just in case.)
Now, nothing was mentioned about the great Festival de Luz which was to happen on the same day. Me thinks the Pres went to and graduated from some Mythological Studies College of the present El Norte elk/thump. And I love how they inform us, at least some of the time, if at all and if we are lucky, 24 hours before a happening. So be it. 
However, I am very happy with the street and plan to be there with all my bells on and with great expectations. I hope to see you,
