I was at the one in Barra this morning and none of us in line was successful withdrawing $$, folks from NOB and Mexicans alike. We were all shaking our heads. I went back later to try again and a police officer was in the kiosk withdrawing money. He walked away with a handful of bills. What's up with that? Did he have some kind of police magic power? It's odd, because Mexicans with their local accounts were not successful, nor was I on my 2nd try.
Anyway, I agree with KenB, go to Intercam. I have never had a problem withdrawing money from the Intercam ATM.
