Thanks, Everybody, for your suggestions. The one thing I never do is consult the computer for help with the computer. I just don't speak the language and fear creating more problems than I already have. Valerie did come over and lent a hand, so I am back to using Shaw webmail. I will get myself to the computer shop here in Victoria, as I do, sometimes, need the not-webmail. Hope you're all warmer than I do.
