Here is the easy way. Take ETN bus from Barra. When you buy your ticket, pay for one going to the Guadalajara Airport. Get off at the airport and go into the terminal at the airport and buy a taxi ticket. Take a taxi to Ajijic. I have done it and there are busses from Barra that stop at the airport. There may be taxi's waiting at the airport bus station, but I did not see them. The airport terminal is just a short walk from the airport bus station.
