To tell the truth, I don't quite understand your questions. This is why I asked if you got the permanent residency in Canada. A visum by nature is temporary, FM1 tourist (max. 6 months), FM2 FM3 (limited, used to be 1 year). But if you left Mexico with a permanent residency card, why would you need a re-entry visum?
