La Manzanilla Message Board: La Manz Vet

We can't say enough good words about our local vet, Abraham Gonzalez, a La Manz native who has returned to open his vet practice. He makes house calls, arrives when he says he will, makes a thorough assessment of the issue(s), and most importantly, his clear love of animals shines through. What a wonderful service he provides to La Manz.
Last night, we called Abraham about our kitty. We thought she was sick and asked him to come to see her today. Overnight it became obvious that she was actually in heat. This morning he examined her and determined that she was healthy enough to be spayed. He told us that he would be back in a few hours to pick her and would return her to us after the procedure was done. She's now back at home, a bit groggy but safe and sound.

So thank you to those of you who offered to loan us a crate but because of Abraham's door-to-door service, it wasn't even necessary.
